Should your device stop working not as a result of physical damage we may be able troubleshoot some software solutions. If we can’t resolve the issue  we can offer a pick up and drop off solution. We will coordinate to ensure limited contact and social distancing. There is a fee for this based on distance from our cellphone repair center in downtown Baltimore.
